Tatyana-Marie Carlo (ella/she) is a Latiné director and producer, and the Resident Director of Trinity Repertory Company. Her work focuses on joyful bilingual theater making, creating experiences that hold the full range of human emotion. She is a founder of La Bulla Collective, a multidisciplinary theater collective that creates original work and multilingual adaptations of classic plays.

Tatyana-Marie attended New World School of the Arts and Brown University’s Directing MFA program, and has collaborated with theaters across the United States and Off-Broadway, including Intar Theatre, Hartford Stage, Arkansas Rep, Philadelphia Theatre Center, Dallas Theater Center, Everyman Theatre, Children’s Theater Company, WAM Theatre, Dorset Theatre Festival, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and more.

She was named an “Industry Woman to Watch” by Broadway Women’s Fund, and is a proud member of SDC.
